Fortune Best Workplaces for Women is a Fortune/Great Place To Work ranking recognizing U.S. employers that create outstanding experiences for women, based largely on employee survey feedback and workplace demographics. Companies pursue it for brand visibility, recruiting advantage, and external validation from a highly visible national list. Credibility is strong because it is jointly run with Great Place To Work and uses a standardized certification-and-survey process.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be Great Place To Work Certified™ as of the list deadline
• Must have at least 50 female employees in the U.S.
• At least 20% of non-executive management must be women
• At least one C-Suite executive must be a woman
