Overview

Forbes America's Best Employers for Women recognizes U.S. employers that are strongest on gender equity, female leadership, work-life balance, and overall workplace culture for women. It is run by Forbes in partnership with Statista, using survey data from women employees plus supporting research on women in leadership. Companies pursue it for third-party credibility with job candidates, current employees, and customers, and because the ranking is widely cited and based on a large national sample.

• Employer must have at least 1,000 employees in the United States
• Ranking is based on survey responses from women employees and supplementary research on women in executive and board positions
