Food Processing’s R&D Teams of the Year recognizes outstanding food and beverage company research and development teams, highlighting innovation, product development, and business impact across small, medium, and large companies. It is run by Food Processing magazine, a long-running industry publication, which adds credibility through editorial review and annual feature coverage. Companies pursue it for industry visibility, peer recognition, and a chance to showcase their innovation pipeline and team leadership.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominees must be food or beverage companies with active research and development teams
• Companies are evaluated in one of three sales-size categories: small, medium, or large
• Open to nominations from companies about their own R&D teams
