Financial Times-Statista Diversity Leaders

Overview

Financial Times-Statista Diversity Leaders recognises Europe’s companies that perform best on workplace diversity and inclusion across gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, and ethnic/cultural dimensions. It is run by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista and powered by Denominator, which adds methodology and data credibility. Companies pursue it for brand reputation, employer branding, and external validation from a well-known business publication with a published methodology and large survey base.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be located in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the UK
• Must have at least 250 employees
• Must complete the FT-Statista diversity survey during the 2026 field period
