Endeavor Entrepreneur Selection

Overview

Endeavor Entrepreneur Selection is Endeavor’s global process for identifying high-impact founders with the potential to become category leaders and pay it forward through mentorship and ecosystem support. It is run by Endeavor, a well-known international nonprofit supporting scale-up entrepreneurs, and companies pursue it for access to a prestigious network, mentorship, and credibility with investors and partners. The program’s credibility comes from a rigorous 12–18 month selection process and International Selection Panels with global business leaders, with fewer than 2% of candidates selected in some panels.

Eligibility Requirements

• Founders of scale-ups with product-market fit and an inflection point in growth
• Businesses with unique, scalable, innovative, and potentially disruptive business models
• Main operations or HQ based in an Endeavor market
