Run by the Dallas Business Journal’s editorial team, honorees are selected based on professional achievement, leadership, and community involvement, rather than paid promotion. Companies and individuals pursue it for local brand visibility, networking with other senior leaders, and the credibility of recognition by a major regional business publication.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a woman in a senior leadership, ownership, or key decision-making role (executive, founder, partner, etc.).
• Nominee’s organization must have a significant presence or primary operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
• Nominee must demonstrate notable professional accomplishments, leadership impact, and community or civic involvement within the last 12–18 months.
