Dallas Business Journal’s Health Care Heroes (often branded locally as Dallas Health Care Heroes or Heroes in Healthcare) honors individuals and organizations in the Dallas–Fort Worth region who have made significant contributions to health care delivery, innovation, leadership, and community impact. Run by the Dallas Business Journal’s editorial team, it is part of the American City Business Journals’ regional ‘Health Care Heroes’ franchise. Companies and providers pursue it for local visibility, third‑party validation, and coverage in DBJ’s print and online channels, which are widely read by the North Texas business community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a health care professional, executive, provider organization, or team serving the Dallas–Fort Worth/North Texas region
• Nominee’s work must demonstrate measurable impact on patient care, health outcomes, innovation, or community health in the past 12–18 months
• Nominator must submit an online nomination form through the Dallas Business Journal website by the stated deadline; self-nominations are allowed
