Dallas 40 Under 40

Overview

Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards recognize 40 rising business and community leaders under the age of 40 who are making significant professional and civic contributions in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Run by the Dallas Business Journal, the program is a long-standing, editorially selected regional honor that highlights individual impact rather than company performance. Companies and organizations value it as a visibility and credibility boost for emerging leaders and as a networking platform within the North Texas business community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be under 40 years old at the time of the 2026 recognition event
• Must be a business or community leader with significant professional achievements in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
• Must demonstrate notable community involvement or civic/charitable contributions in North Texas
