Overview

The Columbus Business First Book of Lists “Largest Companies” rankings are annual editorial lists that identify and rank the biggest employers and businesses in Central Ohio by metrics such as revenue, local employees, or other quantitative data. They are produced by Columbus Business First’s newsroom and data team, and companies pursue inclusion for regional visibility, sales and recruiting credibility, and benchmarking against peers. The lists are data-driven and compiled from surveys, public filings, and research, rather than being a pay‑to‑win award.

Eligibility Requirements

• Company must operate in the Central Ohio/Columbus Business First coverage area
• Must provide current and accurate data (e.g., local employment, revenue or other metrics) via the Columbus Business First survey form for the relevant list
• Contact person must be authorized to submit official company information for publication
