Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Best Real Estate Deals” awards recognize the region’s top commercial real estate transactions and development projects completed in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. The program is run by the Courier’s editorial team and highlights deals for their impact, innovation, complexity, job creation, and contribution to the local economy. Eligibility Requirements

• Project or transaction must be a commercial real estate deal located in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region
• Deal must have closed or reached a significant milestone within the 2025–2026 eligibility window as defined by the Courier
• Nominations can be submitted by developers, owners, brokers, lenders, attorneys, architects, or other key professionals involved in the deal, with sufficient detail on size, scope, parties, and community/economic impact
