Chief Learning Officer Awards

Overview

Chief Learning Officer’s Learning in Practice Awards recognize leaders and providers for excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs. The program is run by Chief Learning Officer, a longstanding workplace learning trade publication, and judging is done by panels including senior practitioners, learning and development experts, CLO editors, and past winners. Companies pursue it for industry recognition, benchmarking, and external credibility; the program’s structured judging process and category-based scoring add legitimacy.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to leaders and providers with initiatives conducted anytime in 2025 through the present day
• Earlier-started initiatives are eligible if demonstrable results can be documented during the current nomination period
• Entries must be submitted through the nomination entry portal
