Eligibility Requirements

• Project, transaction, or nominee must be based in or primarily impact the Chicago-area real estate market
• Project must have reached a significant milestone (such as completion, major phase, or closing) within the most recent qualifying year as defined in the 2026 call for entries
• Nominations must be submitted online through the Chicago Business Journal nomination form by the stated 2026 deadline; self-nominations are allowed
