Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a publicly or privately held business, government, or nonprofit organization with a facility or operations in the greater Chicago area
• Must have a minimum number of employees (typically 15+ or 25+; mix of full‑ and part‑time) in the region to support statistically valid surveying
• Must agree to administer the Best Companies Group employee survey and complete the employer questionnaire within program timelines
