Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a CEO or equivalent top executive (or senior leader in a comparable role) of an organization based in or significantly serving the greater Charlotte region
• Nominee’s organization must demonstrate strong performance and positive workplace culture, with clear impact on employees and/or the local community
• Nominator must submit an online nomination form through the Charlotte Business Journal/Bizjournals portal by the stated deadline
