Charlotte Fast 50

Overview

The Charlotte Business Journal’s Fast 50 Awards recognize the 50 fastest-growing privately held companies headquartered in the Charlotte region, based on revenue growth over a three-year period and minimum sales thresholds. The list is compiled and vetted by the Charlotte Business Journal (part of American City Business Journals) using submitted financial data that is typically verified by a third-party accounting firm, giving it strong editorial and data-driven credibility. Companies pursue the Fast 50 for regional prestige, exposure to investors and customers, and recognition as a high-growth leader in the Charlotte market.

Eligibility Requirements

• Privately held, independent company (not a subsidiary or division) headquartered in the Charlotte metropolitan area
• Operating for at least three full fiscal years by the end of 2025 with minimum annual revenue of at least $1 million in 2025
• Must submit three years of revenue figures (2023–2025) that can be reviewed/verified for ranking based on revenue growth
