Eligibility Requirements

• Deal or project must be a commercial real estate transaction or development in Greater Boston
• Deal must have been substantially completed or closed during the prior calendar year (2025 for the 2026 awards)
• Nominators must provide key deal details (parties, size, location, value if available) and a narrative explaining its significance; self-nominations are allowed
