Overview

Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards recognize companies in the Greater Boston area that demonstrate exceptional employee engagement, workplace culture, and benefits, based on confidential employee survey data. The program is run by the Boston Business Journal in partnership with a third-party survey provider and is widely pursued for regional employer-brand visibility and talent attraction. Because rankings are determined by statistically analyzed employee feedback rather than pay-to-play submissions, it carries solid editorial and data-driven credibility in the Boston business community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Company must have a physical presence and/or a significant number of employees in the Greater Boston area
• Must meet the program’s minimum employee count (typically around 10 employees) to generate valid survey results
• Must agree to allow an approved third-party vendor to administer an anonymous employee engagement survey by the stated survey deadline
