The awards are run by Benchmark Litigation, part of Euromoney, and companies pursue them for peer- and client-visible validation, shortlist exposure, and credibility in a highly competitive legal market. Eligibility Requirements

• U.S. litigation firms, lawyers, and relevant matters/nominations considered in Benchmark Litigation’s research cycle
• Top 250 and 40 & Under nominations must be submitted by the deadline to be considered
• Participation includes practitioner and client survey/interview process
