Run by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with ACG Atlanta and sponsors such as Forvis Mazars and Truist, the program recognizes CFOs across categories like large corporate, private, nonprofit, and lifetime achievement. Companies pursue it for local executive branding, media coverage, and third‑party validation from a respected regional business publication, selected via editorial and peer-driven nominations rather than pay-to-play.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a chief financial officer or equivalent senior financial executive
• Nominee’s organization must be based in or have a significant presence in the metro Atlanta area
• Nominations must be submitted online through the Atlanta Business Chronicle/Bizjournals nomination form by the stated deadline
