Overview

Atlanta's Best Places to Work is an annual workplace recognition program run by the Atlanta Business Chronicle that highlights companies in the Atlanta metro area with outstanding employee engagement and workplace culture, based on independent employee survey data. The program is administered in partnership with a third‑party survey provider (Energage), giving it additional credibility as data‑driven rather than purely editorial or pay‑to‑play. Companies pursue it to build employer brand credibility, attract and retain talent, and gain local visibility among business and job‑seeker audiences.

Eligibility Requirements

• Organization must have a physical presence and at least a portion of its workforce in the Atlanta metro area as defined by the program.
• Must meet the minimum employee count thresholds for its size category (e.g., typically 10+ local employees; higher minimums for larger categories).
• Must agree to participate in the confidential third‑party employee engagement survey administered by Energage within the program’s survey window.
