Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under 40 Awards recognize 40 outstanding young professionals in New Mexico who demonstrate significant professional achievement, leadership, and community impact before age 40. The program is run by the editorial team at Albuquerque Business First, part of the American City Business Journals network. Honorees gain regional visibility, networking opportunities, and media coverage that can bolster their careers and their organizations’ reputations. Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be under 40 years old as of the 2026 publication date for the awards issue
