Albany 40 Under 40

Albany 40 Under 40 is an annual Albany Business Review recognition program that honors young professionals under 40 who are making an impact in the Capital Region’s business community. It is run by Albany Business Review, a local business publication, and carries editorial credibility as a journalistic awards program rather than a pay-to-win contest. Companies and nominees pursue it for regional visibility, networking, and third-party validation of leadership and career achievement.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nominee must be a young professional shaping the Albany business community's future
• Nomination is for the 2026 40 Under 40 class
• Nominee must meet the age-based 40 Under 40 criterion (under 40)
